TIPS TO ACHIEVE THE BEST VIEWING RESULTS
Allow at least 20 minutes to make these optional changes.
• Use the latest version of Internet Explorer. |

• Download the latest version Windows Media Player. |

• Set the Screen Resolution to (full screen monitor) 1280 by 1024 or 1024 by 768 (wide screen monitor) 1440 by 900 pixels and change to Color Quality to Highest (32 bit). |

| IF YOU ARE USING A MAC, you must download and install Windows Media Player 9 -OR- Flip4Mac. |

If you are going to be viewing this program through an intranet or Virtual Private Network (VPN), please check with your network administrator that you have the ability to view .ASX files or Active X controls through your internet browser. TROUBLE SHOOTING
If the video player is jumping, skipping or rebuffering:
• Try turning off all other programs. |
| • If that does not help, you may need to restart your computer to free all available memory on your computer. Be sure not to run any unnecessary programs while viewing the Webinar. |
If the Video Player is not working:
• Click the play button on the video player. |

• Check the top of your browser for a yellow bar. If the yellow bar is present, click on it and select "Allow Content". |
• If the Video Player will not work in your browser, please view the Webinar in the "FULL SCREEN" mode. |

| • If the "FULL SCREEN" mode does not work, try setting Windows Media Player as your preferred media player. To change your preferred media player: Go to your 'Control Panel' under the Start Menu. Open 'Add or Remove Programs', open 'Set Program Access and Defaults', choose the radio button 'Custom', under 'Choose a Default Media Player' choose either Windows Media Player or Real Player. Try opening 'FULL SCREEN' again. |

To change the video size in your browser or in Window's Media Player, right click on the video and choose "Zoom" or "Video Size" from the menu. |
